A full hour’s spent digging up the sand.
Meticulously placing it by hand
To slowly form a grandiose castle
That the tide flattens without a hassle.
Another is built out of the tide’s reach,
But something much worse lurks here on the beach.
It waits for you to leave your work of art,
And, with an evil grin, tears it apart.
With no way to win, a lesson is learned:
Strive after the wind and you’ll get sunburned.
